Before you come

Spa etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment and enjoy the calm of the spa. Arriving late means cutting your treatment short.

Please do not use your mobile phone in the spa, and keep it on silent at all times.

There is a secure place for your things in the spa, but we cannot accept liability for loss or damage. Valuables are best left in the safe in your room.

Yes — when you book, please tell us about high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or any other health concern. We do not recommend alcohol before or straight after a treatment, or before using the spa and health club.

The spa, the health club and the hydrothermal facilities are for guests aged 16 and over. Children under 16 may use the hotel pool with a parent or another adult.

No. The pool is at most 1.60 m deep and has no lifeguard; children may use it only with a parent or another adult.

No smoking in the spa, the health club or the sauna.
